1. Definitions and Interpretation

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating a key77 Account, You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including Your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Maintain one Account only. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Complete identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) by submitting valid identification documents including Indonesian KTP, proof of address, and selfie verification within the timeframe specified by key77.
• Keep Your Account information current and immediately notify key77 of any changes to Your contact details or personal circumstances.

2.3 Verification Requirements

key77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm Your identity, age, residency, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All verification documents must be clear, legible, in color, and show all four corners of the document. Acceptable identification includes valid Indonesian KTP (national identity card). Expired documents will not be accepted.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share Your login credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify key77 if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account.
• Log out from Your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through Your Account, whether authorized by You or not.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using the Account for any commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties.
• Allowing another person to access or use Your Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of games or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

key77 accepts deposits exclusively via Indonesian banking channels including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks as displayed in Your Account cashier section. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion services are provided.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum Deposit: Varies by payment method and Account verification level. Fully verified Accounts enjoy higher limits.
• Processing Time: Bank transfer deposits are typically processed instantly. If Your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support immediately.
• Ownership: Payment methods must be registered in Your legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned minus any processing fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Verified Accounts receive withdrawals within 1-6 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Weekend and holiday withdrawals process on the next business day.
• Verification Requirement: First withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal Destination: Funds must be withdrawn to a bank account registered in Your legal name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus Wagering: Active bonus funds must meet all wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements forfeits all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Anti-Money Laundering: Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawing without wagering may result in Account review.

4.4 Fees and Charges

key77 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Your bank may impose transaction fees which are Your responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions occur in Indonesian Rupiah.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds carry wagering requirements ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. This means You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before converting it to withdrawable cash. Maximum bet limits apply while clearing bonus wagering (typically Rp 50.000 per spin/bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits during bonus play voids the bonus and all winnings.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.2 Technical Issues

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• You must withdraw all remaining Balance. Any funds left in closed Accounts for more than 6 months may be subject to administrative fees.
• All active bonuses and promotional offers are forfeited.
• You must complete any pending wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Account closure does not terminate Your obligations under these Terms & Conditions regarding prior activities.

8.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms & Conditions, key77 may:

• Void all pending bets and wagers.
